MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS
Membership
Membership of the EFTC is open to all organisations, institutions and individuals whose aims and activities coincide with, or are directly connected to the objectives of the Federation. Every EFTC member must subscribe to the Code of Ethics, Standards and Goals, Bill of Rights and the Declaration of the European Federation of Therapeutic Communities.
Application forms are available. These can either be downloaded as a PDF document printed out (requires the Adobe Acrobat viewer. It is freely available: www.adobe.com). Alternatively, you can download it as a MS Word document for on-screen completion.
